Podejście do terapii
Stworzyłam swój własny sposób pracy z ludźmi, który kultywuje wewnętrzną przestrzeń, w której pojawia się miłość i kreatywność. Wprowadzam szkolenia z zakresu gestaltu, psychodynamiki, praca z wewnętrznym dzieckiem, praca z uważnością, IFS, medytacja, komunikacja bez przemocy, doświadczenie somatyczne, hipnoterapia, terapii przy pomocy koni, terapii pierwotnej i poporodowej, wyznaczenie i osiąganie celów w sposób zgodny z naszymi wewnętrznymi pragnieniami.
